MOU signed between GOG and UAE on Cooperation in the Exchange of Government Experience

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation in the field of exchanging government experience was signed by and between the Government of Georgia (GOG) and the Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The document was signed by Levan Zhorzholiani, Head of Government Administration of Georgia and Maryam Al Hammadi, Minister of State of the United Arab Emirates and Secretary General of the UAE Cabinet,

The Head of Government Administration noted that the MOU will facilitate the mutual sharing of successful experiences, the improvement of governance and the introduction of innovative practices: “The MOU envisages the exchange of experience between governments in such important areas as strategic planning and the implementation of strategic documents. In this regard, we have an ongoing project that involves the introduction of an appropriate electronic monitoring system to achieve strategic objectives”.

The signing ceremony took place in Dubai within the framework of the World Governments Summit (WGS), which the Georgian delegation is attending under the leadership of Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia.
