Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said there was not even the slightest chance that Ukraine would become a member of NATO.

“I attended every major NATO meeting from 2016 to 2022, and there was not even the slightest chance that Ukraine would become a member of NATO.

Any such proposal [for Ukraine"s NATO membership] would be immediately vetoed by France, Germany, the US and many other countries. It would be a unanimous, total rejection”, - added Johnson during a speech at the annual Holberg debate in Norway.
