The report of the Interim Fact-Finding Commission of the Parliament of Georgia, which assesses the activities of the regime in power during 2003–2012, as well as the actions of political office-holders of that regime and current and former officials united in political parties, has been published in printed form.
As stated by Speaker of Parliament at an extraordinary plenary session, the printed edition - comprising approximately 400 pages - will be distributed to Members of Parliament and representatives of the media.
"The final edited version of the report of the Interim Fact-Finding Commission, which examines the activities of the regime in power during 2003–2012, as well as the actions of its political office-holders and current and former officials united in political parties from 2003 to the present day, has already been published in Georgian. The English translation is also ready, and within a few weeks, the English-language version will be printed and sent to all relevant organizations and embassies. It is important that everyone be able to see, in documentary form, what crimes were committed under the former regime, starting from 2003 up to the present day", - said Shalva Papuashvili.
