Giorgi Sakhokia attended event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan

Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Giorgi Sakhokia, together with a delegation, was on an official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan, at the invitation of the Minister of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, Kamaladdin Heydarov.

Within the framework of the visit, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, together with the Head of the Emergency Situations Management Service, Teimuraz Mghebrishvili, participated in the ceremonial events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Giorgi Sakhokia visited the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, got acquainted with the infrastructure and educational programs of the Academy on site, and also participated in the ceremonial parade dedicated to the anniversary.

The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs also visited the "Alley of Honor" and the "Alley of Martyrs", where he paid tribute to the memory of the third President of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, and Azerbaijani heroes.
