A very simple principle applies: 50, 100 or even 150 people should not cause violence to 4 million people. Prime Minister of Georgia stated this in response to a question about amendments to the Law on Assemblies and Manifestations.

“If you do not have enough, you cannot create problems for the rest of the population, therefore, it was necessary to make changes to the legislation.

A number of amendments have been made to the law recently… The main goal is that 100 people, 50 or even 150 people should not create problems for 4 million people. When you are few, you should be satisfied with the situation you have and respect the interests of the remaining 4 million people”, - added Irakli Kobakhidze.
