The Eagle Hills project is being implemented on a total area of approximately 850 hectares, of which the Krtsanisi territory is approximately 600 hectares, and the Gonio territory is approximately 250 hectares. The Prime Minister of Georgia stated this during an interpellation hearing in Parliament.

As the Head of Government noted, there are various speculations, various representatives of political parties say that this territory is 4 times larger than Monaco.

"I don`t know who can be influenced by such speculative statements. Everyone in Georgia is well aware that Monaco is a so-called "dwarf state", that`s what these countries are called, and it is the smallest state among them. In fact, it is a very small city and the comparison with the territory of Monaco is purely speculative.

To put it in a non-speculative way, what is the share of Krtsanisi in relation to the area of Tbilisi - it is 120 times less territory compared to the area of Tbilisi. We must avoid speculation and call on everyone, our opponents, not to try to create wrong perceptions regarding land plots with such simple speculations", - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
