The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the United States, Tamar Taliashvili, held a meeting with U.S. Congressman Warren Davidson (R), who represents the state of Ohio. Congressman Davidson serves as the Chairman of the Sub-committee on National Security and is a member of the House Foreign Affairs, and Financial Services Committees.
The meeting focused on prospects for strengthening relations between the United States and Georgia, as well as on current and evolving geopolitical and economic developments both in the region and internationally.
The discussion emphasized Georgia`s peace policy and highlighted the significance and positive impact of the "Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity" (TRIPP) initiative in the region.
