Prime Minister of Georgia met with the President of the Republic Armenia who is paying an official visit to Georgia.

During the face-to-face meeting, attention was focused on the long-standing good neighborly relations between Georgia and Armenia and the positive dynamics of developing their strategic partnership. The special importance of peace and stability in the region was emphasized. Irakli Kobakhidze thanked Vahagn Khachaturyan for his visit to Georgia and for his support.

"We are thrilled that relations between our countries are developing dynamically. Of course, the frequent exchange of high-level visits is also proof of this. Thank you for coming to Georgia; your personal support is very important to us. Our relations are developing very dynamically, both politically and economically across various fields. We have very close cooperation with the Government of Armenia. We are confident that with this dynamic and these pace, we will achieve significant success in the future in terms of the further development of our relations", - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
