Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia arrives in the People`s Republic of China

Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia has arrived in the People`s Republic of China on a working visit.

At Shanghai`s Hongqiao International Airport, the Head of Government of Georgia was welcomed by Deputy Mayor of Shanghai, Xie Dong.

At the invitation of the Premier of the State Council of the People`s Republic of China, Li Qiang, the Prime Minister of Georgia will take part in the opening ceremony of the China International Import Expo (CIIE), in which Georgia is participating this year as a Guest of Honor.

Within the framework of his visit to Shanghai, Irakli Kobakhidze is scheduled to hold a meeting with the Premier of the State Council of the People`s Republic of China.

The Prime Minister of Georgia is accompanied by a delegation that includes: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maka Botchorishvili; Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Mariam Kvrivishvili; Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, David Songhulashvili; Minister of Finance, Lasha Khutsishvili; Minister of Infrastructure, Revaz Sokhadze; President of the Central Bank, Natia Turnava; Head of Government Administration, Levan Zhorzholiani.
