The Chandler Institute has published its long-term vision rankings as part of its 2025 Good Governance Report.

The Georgian Government received a high rating, ranking 16th globally among the world’s top twenty countries for long-term vision and placing in the top three in Europe.

Georgia outperformed five G7 countries, as well as 31 members of the EU, Schengen Area, NATO, including: UK, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Ireland, Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Turkey.

The top-3 European countries in this ranking are:

Luxembourg;
Switzerland;
Georgia.

The long-term vision ranking is based on the World Economic Forum’s global survey, which assesses the extent to which governments are perceived to have a long-term vision.
