Maka Botchorishvili to address UNESCO General Conference participants today

The Georgian Foreign Minister will address the participants of the 43rd UNESCO General Conference in Uzbekistan today. Besides, Maka Botchorishvili will officially open the Georgian corner. Other events aimed at popularizing Georgian culture are also planned.

The country’s first diplomat will hold meetings with the foreign ministers of various countries within the framework of the visit.

The UNESCO General Conference opened yesterday, in which about 3,000 delegates from 200 member states and 12 associate countries of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization are participating.
