Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia met Anne Montavon, Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Delegation in Georgia and Agnès Coutou, ICRC Envoy on Missing Persons in the Caucasus.

The meeting focused on the ongoing effective cooperation between Georgia and the ICRC in the search and identification of missing persons. The significant role of the International Committee of the Red Cross in this process was underlined.

Special attention was paid to the situation in the occupied territories of Georgia and to the support of people affected by conflict.

The meeting was attended by Tea Akhvlediani, State Minister of Georgia for Reconciliation and Civic Equality.
