Speaker of the Parliament, convened a meeting with the members of the Students’ Parliament. During the meeting, he provided an overview of the Parliament’s role and introduced the fundamental principles governing legislative activity.

Shalva Papuashvili underscored the historical underpinnings of Georgian constitutionalism, the country’s ongoing capacity-building initiatives, and the established procedures under the revised Rules of Procedure. Additionally, he addressed parliamentary diplomacy and the overall transparency of parliamentary operations.

The Speaker answered the questions of the students regarding diverse issues, including the priorities of the educational reform and the youth engagement in the parliamentary activities.
