Kakha Kaladze has impressive plans and I am confident that all of them will be carried out with great success. This confidence stems from the eight years of experience during which the city has undergone fundamental transformation, said the Prime Minister of Georgia following the presentation of the Tbilisi Mayor’s plans in the field of infrastructure policy.
According to the Head of Government of Georgia, the fundamental changes implemented in the capital are the merit of Kakha Kaladze and his team.
“Today’s presentation focused on infrastructure issues, initiatives related to kindergartens and plans for city cleanliness that will be implemented over the next four years. Over the past 8 years, the city has changed radically and fundamentally, and this is first and foremost the merit of Kakha Kaladze personally and of his entire team. I would like to thank Kakha Kaladze and the entire City Hall team for the work they have carried out over these 8 years”, - added Irakli Kobakhidze.
During the presentation of infrastructure policy, Kakha Kaladze underlined the special importance of a well-developed infrastructure for the capital"s further progress and development, and he spoke about the projects planned for the next four years. According to the Mayor of Tbilisi, these projects include major road improvements, construction of bridges and overpasses. He also emphasized that special attention will continue to be given to the preservation and maintenance of the city’s historical and cultural heritage, ensuring cleanliness and order, as well as expanding access to preschool education institutions.
The event was attended by the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili, as well as members of the executive and legislative authorities.
