Vice Prime Minister / Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia summarized the forum held in Greece and the issues discussed therein for the media. As she said, "it is impossible to ignore Georgia`s role in the Middle Corridor".
According to Maka Botchorishvili, Georgia makes a significant contribution to the development of the corridor, and this factor determines the country`s strategic importance in the region.
"Georgia has a significant contribution to the development of the Middle Corridor. Consequently, when it comes to implementing any transit project in the region, it is impossible to bypass Georgia. This is a reality, and there is nothing surprising about the fact that discussions regarding the Middle Corridor do not take place without Georgia", - added the Minister.
