Chairperson of the Public Service Hall, Vakhtang Zhvania, along with his deputies, visited the Public Service Hall branches in the Imereti region.

The Chairman familiarized himself with the work process on-site and listened to feedback from the employees.

The main objective of the regional meetings is to evaluate ongoing activities in local branches, further improve the quality of service, and strengthen direct, effective communication with the staff.

The concluding meeting was held at the Kutaisi Public Service Hall, which was attended by representatives of all structural units operating in the Imereti region.
