Russian citizen arrested in Tbilisi on drug charges

Officers of Tbilisi Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs have arrested a citizen of the Russian Federation - O.K., born in 1994, on charges of illegal purchase and storage of narcotics.

During a personal search of the person arrested on drug charges, law enforcement officers seized a single package of the narcotic drug “Clephedrone” as evidence.

The investigation is underway under Article 260 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisions the imprisonment for up to 6 years.
