The employees of MIA Border Police with the customs officers of the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector "Kartsakhi" of Akhaltiskhe Division detained 2 citizens of the foreign countries (T.K. Born in 1962 and J.B. Born in 1998) according the article 3441 Part I and article 344, Part I.

The investigation revealed, that the citizen of the Republic of Türkiye (T.K. Born in 1962) hiding in his truck trailer, avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Türkiye smuggled the migrant (J.B. Born in 1988).

By court ruling, immigration procedures were carried out against the convicts and they were expelled from the country.
