The President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, met with the President of Armenia.

Vahagn Khachaturyan arrived in Georgia to attend the funeral ceremony of the Catholicos-Patriarch, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II.

During the meeting, the President of Armenia offered his condolences to his Georgian counterpart on the passing of Ilia II and expressed his sympathy.
