According to the Mayor of Tbilisi, accusation made by one of the leaders of the United National Movement, Giorgi Baramidze, against the Georgian military who fought in the Abkhazia war is a very grave statement and a continuation of the hybrid war ongoing against the Georgian state.

As he noted, this is an insult to the Georgian state and the army.

“This is also a continuation of the hybrid war being waged against the Georgian state and people. What we heard was a very grave statement against the Georgian state and the Georgian army. It is unimaginable to hear the words we heard and leave them without a response. This is a typical treasonous act, an insult to the Georgian state and the army. They are ordinary saboteurs and traitors. These people have no love for our homeland, and this must definitely be met with a response”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
