Today, we are opening a Public Service Hall in Khelvachauri, the ninth of its kind in Adjara. Local residents and visitors to the municipality will have the opportunity to receive all the services provided by the Public Service Hall within a modern infrastructure and under conditions of the highest service standards. Such a statement the Prime Minister of Georgia made at the opening ceremony of the Khelvachauri Public Service Hall.

"The demand for Public Service Hall services in Adjara is very high, with more than 700,000 customers using these services annually.

A Mobile Public Service Hall is also operating in the region, bringing services directly to dozens of villages. Our core principle is to bring state services as close to the citizen as possible, and this is exactly how the Public Service Hall operates.

In 2012, only 11 Public Service Halls were functioning across the country. Today, the Public Service Hall is accessible at 127 locations and serves more than 20,000 people daily. Geographical accessibility continues to grow. Very soon, we will open new spaces in several cities and settlements, increasing the total number of branches to 132.

Our goal is to constantly and further improve service standards. Currently, nearly 500 services are available at the Public Service Hall, and we plan to double this number in the near future, which will increase our citizens` access to both state and private sector services. At the same time, modern technologies are being introduced, and there are active plans to implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the Public Service Hall`s practice.
