MOC on Introduction of Innovative Technologies in the Real Estate Sector gets signed at a meeting of the Prime Minister of Georgia and PRYPCO founder

Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia met Amira Sajwani, Founder and CEO of PRYPCO in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) today.

The meeting focused on Georgia`s favorable investment climate, recent trends in economic growth, the country`s tourism potential and the steps taken by the Government of Georgia to introduce innovative technologies across various sectors.

The company founder emphasized Georgia`s business-friendly environment and expressed readiness to further deepen cooperation.

Following the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) on the introduction of innovative technologies in the real estate sector was signed between PRYPCO and the Government of Georgia. The document was signed by Paata Salia, Minister of Justice of Georgia and Amira Sajwani, CEO of PRYPCO.

The project aims to encourage investments in the real estate sector and to introduce a secure and transparent tokenization process related to property rights, in compliance with the existing legislation of Georgia.

Within the framework of the memorandum, the parties will cooperate on legal and technological matters, explore opportunities for the development of real estate tokenization in Georgia and assess its compatibility with public service systems.
