President of Georgia Mikheil Kavelashvili, accompanied by his wife and a delegation, starts his official visit to the Republic of Serbia.
An official welcoming ceremony for Mikheil Kavelashvili took place at Belgrade’s Nikola Tesla International Airport.
As part of the visit, an official welcoming ceremony will be held at the Palace of Serbia, where Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić will host his Georgian counterpart. The programme includes face-to-face and extended meetings, followed by a joint statement to the media.
The President of Georgia is also scheduled to hold high-level discussions with Serbian Prime Minister Djuro Macut and the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ana Brnabić.
The delegation includes Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili, Members of Parliament Irakli Mezurnishvili, Irma Zavradashvili, and Guram Macharashvili, Georgian Ambassador to Serbia Levan Beridze and representatives from the Presidential Administration of Georgia.
