As a result of the operational measures and investigative actions implemented by the officers of Old Tbilisi Police Main Division under Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested S.J., born in 2004, and E.G., born in 1985, who had been convicted of various grave crimes in the past, on charges of violence against two or more persons.

The investigation established that the defendants, on the basis of a conflict, inflicted various types of injuries to three Polish citizens in the vicinity of one of the restaurants located in Tbilisi. During the physical confrontation, one of the defendants, E.G., physically assaulted them with a blunt object.

After the incident, the defendants fled the scene. The injured foreign citizens were taken to the clinic for appropriate medical assistance.

As a result of the conducted operational measures and investigative actions, law enforcement officers arrested E.G. and S.J. as a result of immediate activities. The incident is being investigated under 126 part I (1) of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
