Prosecutor`s Office indicts Olympic champion Zurab Zviadauri

The Prosecutor`s Office has filed charges against Olympic champion Zurab Zviadauri.

The investigation charges him with illegal purchase, storage and carrying of weapons. A lawyer met with Zviadauri at the pre-trial detention center. The Olympic champion is exercising his right to remain silent.

Zviadauri was detained on September 16.
