Officers of Telavi Police Division under Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested D.M., born in 1965, who had a previous conviction for theft, and N.G., born in 2006, who had multiple previous convictions for theft.

The investigation established that the defendants stole cash from 11 self-service car washes in Kakheti region in December of the current year.

Law enforcement officers seized the stolen cash from the car driven by the defendants as evidence.

The investigation is underway under Article 177 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, providing the imprisonment for up to 7 years.
