The average economic growth for the period January to October 2025 has been recorded at 7.6%

The estimated real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate amounted to 6.0 percent for October 2025 compared to previous year and the average real GDP growth for January-October 2025 equaled 7.6 percent.

According to the Ministry of Economy, the turnover of VAT-registered enterprises increased by 7.0% in October 2025, compared to the same month the previous year. Additionally, 6,075 new enterprises were registered during this period.

“October 2025 saw substantial positive contributions to economic growth from sectors including information and communication, transport and storage, healthcare, financial and insurance activities, real estate, manufacturing, administrative and support services, as well as arts, entertainment and recreation. The favourable trends in foreign trade underpinned the impressive growth over the first ten months.

Between January and October 2025, exports rose by 6.8%, reaching USD 5.8 billion, while domestic exports (excluding re-exports) grew by 4.6% over the same period.

From January to September 2025, income from travel and tourism increased by 5.1% year-on-year, reaching a record USD 3.6 billion”, - says the agency.
