Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia, together with Speaker of Parliament Shalva Papuashvili and members of the Cabinet of Ministers, inspected the ongoing construction of the Culinary College in Gurjaani.
The vocational college, designed to accommodate 200 students, will cover an area of 21 600 square meters. It will feature lecture halls for theoretical studies, conference halls, a restaurant, kitchen, refrigeration and storage facilities, all built to modern standards. The college will also be equipped with the latest technology and inventory.
The complex will additionally include a dormitory for 60 students, a sports hall and recreational spaces. The building will be fully adapted for people with special needs. The project, carried out in partnership with the Basque Culinary School, is valued at almost 17 million GEL.
