The "Enterprise Georgia" agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development is evolving to broaden support for entrepreneurs.
"Changes to the universal industrial component include a two-percentage-point increase in co-financing for loans and leasing interest, effective from September 1.
Besides, beneficiaries can now access new grant components in high-mountain, agro-tourism, green initiatives, digitalization, and R&D. The grant amounts for women entrepreneurs have also been increased across these categories.
The State Programme for Micro-Entrepreneurship support has been expanded to include new activities such as food production, specialized construction, and cultivation of various annual crops", - reads the statement of the Ministry of Economy.
