A plea agreement has been concluded for Giorgi Chakhunashvili and Zakro Albutashvili, who were convicted in the October 4 case. They confessed to the crime.

Chakhunashvili was released from the courtroom.

According to the plea agreement, Giorgi Chakhunashvili was sentenced to a term of 3 years and 3 months in prison, of which 3 years is a conditional (probationary) sentence. Meanwhile, Zakro Albutashvili was sentenced to 4 years in prison, of which 1 year is a real sentence (custodial) and 3 years is conditional.
