Buildings have been damaged and cars left burning in Tel Aviv, Israel after an Iranian missile attack Tuesday morning, writes CNN.
There were at least four impact sites across Tel Aviv, with six people reported wounded so far, according to Israel’s emergency response service, Magen David Adom.
Search and rescue teams are on the ground at several of the impact sites, police said. Video from one scene, obtained by CNN, shows black smoke billowing as a fire burns next to a building that appears heavily damaged. The facade of several floors of the building has been torn off, while debris litters the ground below.
Israel’s military had warned earlier Tuesday morning of missile launches from Iran, and police said bomb disposal experts have been sent to deal with fallen explosives.
The Israel Defense Forces also said it was responding to “several sites in central Israel” where impacts have been reported.
