Georgian Foreign Minister expressed her deep sorrow over the tragic train accident in Spain, extending her heartfelt condolences to the victims and their families.

"Deeply saddened by the tragic train accident in Adamuz, Córdoba. I extend my heartfelt condolences to the victims and their families. In this difficult time, Georgia stands in solidarity with the people of Spain", - writes Maka Botchorishvili on X.

At least 39 people were confirmed dead after two high-speed trains collided near the city of Cordoba in southern Spain on Sunday.
