Regular direct flights between the Slovak capital and Georgia has begun.
"Wizz Air operates a tri-weekly service on the Bratislava-Kutaisi-Bratislava route, with a 4th flight set to be added from March. The flights are operated using modern Airbus A321neo aircraft.
Until now, there has been no direct air connection between Georgia and Slovakia. The launch of this route marks the first-ever direct air link between the two countries.
Bratislava, a key air hub in Central Europe, is strategically located at the shortest distance from Vienna and Budapest. This favorable geographical position offers new opportunities for Georgian travelers, facilitating easier tourist, cultural, and economic exchanges", - says the Georgian Airports Association.
