The Roads Department releases information on the current situation on the roads.

"Light vehicle traffic has been restored on the Sachkhere – Uzunta - Shkmeri road. The movement of trailers and semi-trailers is limited. Traffic is already free on the Gudauri - Kobi and Tianeti - Zhinvali roads.

According to the forecast of the National Environmental Agency, a sharp drop in air temperature is expected in Georgia on January 3 and 4. Severe frosts and icicles may cause restrictions on certain sections of roads and highways", - says the agency.
