In 2024, the median earnings is 32.4% lower than the average monthly earnings. The chart below presents the median and the average monthly earnings of employees in 2018-2024 years. According to the economic activity in 2024, the highest median earnings were observed in the following fields:

• Public administration and defence; compulsory social security – 2 128 Gel;
• Mining and quarrying – 2 069 Gel;
• Information and communication – 1 983 Gel;
• Construction – 1 943 Gel;
