Interagency Task Force for Free and Fair Elections holds its last session before the October 4 elections.

It was stated that, as a result of media monitoring, no significant facts of violation of election legislation by public officials were revealed, and political entities had the opportunity to conduct their campaigns in a free and fair environment.

Established under the Election Code, the Task Force is mandated to prevent violations of electoral legislation by public servants, ensure a timely response to potential incidents, and develop appropriate recommendations. The Task Force is chaired by Minister of Justice, Paata Salia, and includes senior representatives of various state institutions, ensuring coordinated and effective action.
