Mayor of Tbilisi said that maintaining peace was the cornerstone of the Georgian Government`s policy, which he believes will lead to economic development and prosperity through sound governance.

"It is impossible to talk about any kind of success - whether it`s the development of the country or economic progress - without peace. This is a crucial direction for the country to develop economically and move forward. When we talk about various important projects, investments, and economic growth, all of this is simply unimaginable in the current situation without the pragmatic policy that the Georgian Dream party is implementing.

We know what`s happening in the world, in the region. Without peace, it`s impossible to talk about any success - whether it`s the country’s development or economic progress. Accordingly, the starting point is maintaining peace, which, with the right steps, will be followed by economic development and prosperity", - said Kakha Kaladze.
