Citizens have been coming to the April 9 Memorial since morning to pay tribute to those who died 36 years ago.

Recently, the United States Ambassador was also on Rustaveli Avenue. Robin Dunigan brought flowers to the memorial.

Rustaveli Avenue remains closed to traffic in connection with today’s date.
