Police arrested 1 person in Marneuli for domestic violence against a minor

Officers of Marneuli Police Division of Kvemo Kartli Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs have arrested S.G., born in 2005, on charges of domestic violence against a minor.

The investigation established that the accused person systematically abused her children born in 2020 and 2024.

As a result of the investigative actions conducted by law enforcement officers, S.G. was arrested as an accused person.

The investigation is underway under Article 126, part II of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which provides for imprisonment for a term of up to 3 years.
