Border Police detained 3 persons for the fact of illegal crossing of the state border

The employees of Operative – Investigative Main Division of MIA Border Police, in Adjara Region, as a result of operative – investigative measures, detained 3 citizens of foreign country (A.I. Born in 2005; A.E. Born in 1993 and P. Sh. Born in 1993) for the fact of illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation revealed, that accused persons, hiding in the truck, from the Republic of Türkiye to the direction to Georgia, implemented illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part I of the Criminal Code of Georgia and immigration procedures will be carried out against them.
