According to the Deputy Minister, the number of flights during this period also reached record level, showing a 16% increase.

She further emphasized that cargo turnover at Georgian airports has also hit record highs, with an approximately 40% growth recorded.

"In general, it should be noted that 2025 was a record year for the aviation sector across all directions. This trend is continuing into the very first month of this year, and we are confident that the coming months will also be record-breaking", - added Tamar Ioseliani.
