Foreign Minister of Georgia underlined the importance of discussing and focusing on the transit potential of the South Caucasus at the Abu Dhabi Sustainable Development Week summit as the development of the Middle Corridor was vital for Georgia in the context of international cooperation.

“Given that this conference will be attended by high-level guests from different countries, it is certainly important to talk about the transit potential of our region and to focus on these issues, because for us, in the context of international cooperation, the development of the Middle Corridor is vital.

Meetings are scheduled with representatives of large companies that may invest in Georgia. It is very important that globally operating companies have relevant information about Georgia and its investment potential, which are interested in carrying out certain activities in our region. Of course, they see Georgia as a potential investment destination”, - noted Maka Botchorishvili.
