Officers of Didube - Chughureti Police Main Division of Tbilisi Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested previously convicted L.Kh., born in 1987 for theft.

The investigation established that on January 12 of the current year, the accused person illegally took possession of a mobile phone belonging to G.B., born in 1964, and fled the scene.

As a result of the operational measures and investigative actions carried out, law enforcement officers arrested L.Kh. shortly after the incident.

The investigation is underway under Article 177 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which provides for imprisonment for a term of up to 5 years.
