The employees of MIA Border Police on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector “Sarphi” of Batumi Division detained 3 persons of the foreign countries (A.T. Born in 1973; N.R. Born in 1976 and M.L. Born in 1992) for the fact of the attempt of illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation revealed, that the accessed persons, avoiding the check point, from Georgia to the Republic of Türkiye tried illegal group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 19 – 344, Part II, Subparagraph “A”, which implies 5 years of imprisonment.
