Officers of Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have arrested previously convicted L.Ch., born in 1974 for premeditated murder.

The investigation established that the accused person, in Kvareli municipality, due to the conflict, fatally injured N.A., born in 1977, with a cold steel and fled the scene.

As a result of immediate investigative actions conducted by law enforcement officers, the accused person was arrested few hours after the crime was committed.

The investigation is underway under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisions the imprisonment for a term of up to 15 years.
