Officers of Vake-Saburtalo Police Main Division of Tbilisi Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested L.T., born in 1988, with a previous conviction, on charges of attempted murder committed against two or more persons under aggravating circumstances.

The investigation established that on November 23 of the current year, the accused person had a verbal argument with N.K., born in 1982, and L.K., born in 1984, which later escalated into a physical confrontation. The accused person inflicted wounds to both of them with a cold steel and fled the scene.

The injured men were taken to the hospital, where they were provided with appropriate medical assistance.

As a result of the investigative actions carried out into the case, law enforcement officers arrested L.T. as a defendant.

The committed crime envisions the imprisonment for a term of up to 20 years.

The investigation is underway under Article 19-109, Subparagraph “L” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
