Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan spoke by phone with Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili and exchanged information regarding the search and rescue operations for the Turkish military cargo plane that crashed on the Georgia-Azerbaijan border, writes Anadolu Agency.

Information was exchanged regarding search and rescue efforts for the military cargo plane that crashed on the Georgia-Azerbaijan border. Georgian Foreign Minister Botchorishvili offered her condolences.

"We are closely following the search and rescue efforts, along with Georgian authorities, regarding our military cargo plane that crashed on its way back from Azerbaijan. I pray for God`s mercy upon our martyrs and patience for their families and loved ones. My condolences to our cherished nation", - said Hakan Fidan.
