Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia together with Premier of the People"s Republic of China Li Qiang, opened Georgia"s exhibition space at the China International Import Expo.

At this year"s international exhibition, where Georgia is participating as a Guest of Honor, over 40 Georgian companies are represented.

Visitors to Georgia"s exhibition space have the opportunity to explore the country"s history and culture, its unique alphabet, centuries-old winemaking traditions, and its tourism and investment potential. The gastronomic area features traditional Georgian cooking masterclasses, wine tastings and cultural performances.

This marks Georgia"s eighth participation in the China International Import Expo (CIIE).
