Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine is prepared to find a “diplomatic way” to end Russia`s war, stressing again that Kyiv wants a trilateral meeting with Moscow and Washington, APA reports citing CNN.

Asked whether Ukraine is ready to "redraw the maps" in a peace deal, or "keep sending Ukrainian troops to their deaths for another couple of years," Zelensky did not answer directly, but praised the Trump administration`s efforts to stop the war.

Zelensky said Ukraine has to live with daily Russian attacks, pointing to Russia`s deadly overnight strike on Kharkiv: "We need to stop this war, to stop Russia. And we need support (from our) American and European partners. We supported the idea of the United States – of, personally, President Trump - to stop this war, to make a diplomatic way of finishing this war".

Zelensky said he was prepared for a trilateral summit between himself, Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Trump has expressed interest in holding a trilateral summit soon after Monday`s talks, while Putin has prevaricated.
