Georgia ranks among the top-20 countries in Europe in the safety and security index
A new study from the World Economic Forum has ranked Georgia 25th globally for public safety and security, placing it 14th among all European nations.
According to the report, the safest environment for the public globally is in Singapore, while Iceland leads the ranking for Europe.
Georgia`s strong performance puts it ahead of numerous developed nations and a wide range of international partners.
Country surpasses all G7 nations and 24 member states of the EU and NATO, including the US, the UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Latvia, Austria, Montenegro, Poland, North Macedonia, Albania, Lithuania, Belgium, Slovakia, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Turkey, etc.
